How It Works — The Creator-Friendly Process
Thanks to our seamless partnership with Fourthwall, launching your own merch collection—especially something as premium as custom keyboards, deskmats, and desk products has never been simpler.
Step 1: Consultation Call
We start with a casual call to get to know your vision, aesthetic, and any assets (logos, colors, themes) you want to incorporate into your keyboard design. This is where your creativity meets our expertise.
Step 2: Concept & Render
Our design team takes your input and brings it to life with a fully visualized concept. You’ll see detailed renders that reflect your theme, brand, and flair. We’ll go back and forth until you’re 100% happy with the look.
Step 3: Prototyping (2–3 Months)
Once you give the thumbs-up, we move into the prototyping phase. It takes about 2–3 months to create a working sample that matches the quality and design we promised.
Step 4: Pre-Orders (3 Weeks)
With your prototype approved, we launch pre-orders! These typically run for about three weeks and give your fans a chance to grab their own piece of your custom collection.
Step 5: Production & Fulfillment (4–6 Months)
After the pre-order window closes, we handle the production and fulfillment. From manufacturing to delivery, we make sure everything runs smoothly and gets to your supporters as expected.

If you’re already a Fourthwall creator, your custom keyboard can be listed directly on your existing storefront. No need to set up a separate site or worry about inventory management—we’ve got you covered.

Q: How long does the whole process take from start to finish?
A: On average, the process from design to launch takes about 6 months. Fulfillment takes about 4 months to produce, pack, and ship to customers.
Q: What do I need to have to get started working with you?
A: All we request is to provide any assets (art, design, logo, etc) to us, and we will put together a render of your design!
Q: What is the collaboration split if I work with you? Can I buy the product and sell it in my own store?
A: Happy to answer that! Absolutely! We’re happy to collaborate. You can find more details about our collaboration split on our Brand Partnership page. If you have your own e-commerce store and want to create unique SKUs with us, we can definitely make that happen.
